School Show case - We hold a yearly “one of a kind” student teacher showcase on a full stage in a large auditorium with Pro lights, sound system and special effects, this allows our students the feel of a real stage show, we have it professionally videotaped with a DVD available of the show.

Flexible lesson schedules - lessons offered either:

High tech studio with a homey environment, in rooms larger than most other teaching facilities

Your Home, we have teachers on staff available that cover all of Monmouth and Ocean counties

Our Music Director - Our Music Director Joseph Nevolo established Big Beat Music studios in 1983. Joe’s professional experience and career are noteworthy. He was a finalist for the band Kiss when their original drummer resigned. Joe has performed with members of Bon Jovi, has auditioned for Bon Jovi, Bruce Springsteen and Journey. He has played with over 200 bands and toured throughout that span. he was featured on MTV and has participated in countless national and International recording projects for many artists and music styles.

Incentive Program- a merit system where you receive free gifts, awards, trophies and ribbons upon reaching the designated goals which are illustrated in all the studios.

Video Recording- implementation of video taping portions of your lessons has proven to be a valuable tool to faster improvement here at Big Beat Music Studio(bring a blank tape).

Referral lncentive- Referral Incentive - Any current enrolled student or parent that refers a friend will any friend that you refer entitle you to a Free 1/2 hour lesson or $20.00 worth of merchandise.

Ensemble Workshop Program -after taking lessons for a three month period you may be eligible to participate in our Ensemble Workshops. These workshops concentrate on helping students to be able to play in a band type situation. The ensembles will also perform at our yearly Showcase .

Job Placement- we receive periodic calls from bands and other aspiring musicians in search of other musicians. Let our secretary know and she will keep your name in our computer.

Extra Discounts on Merchandise -any enrolled student will be entitled to an additional discount on merchandise our store or that we can order. Ask to see our music catalogs. Also inquire about a discount card.

Discounts on Recording Time - we are affiliated with a few recording studios which will entitle you to a lower rate on your recording time.

Performance Opportunities -every student will be invited to perform in a yearly formal Showcase, as well as informal events during the year as preparation.
