Joe Nevolo founded Big Beat Music Studio in 1983 and has been an active musician and instructor for over 25 years. His education includes study and master classes with famous percussionists such as Louis Bellson (Duke Ellington) and Carmine Appice (Rod Stewart). Joe is currently a performer and instructor throughout the tri-state area. He has taught for DCI in New York City and written articles for Modern Drummer Magazine. He has endorsements from companies like Sabian Cymbals, and has performed on MTV.
Our goal at Big Beat Music is to help you reach your ultimate musical goals through the use of high tech equipment and innovative instructional techniques. Our curriculum provides an opportunity to participate in special practice incentive programs, musical games, awards and recitals. Big Beat Music helps students to develop their musical talents without limits in whatever direction they wish to go.
